The Shocking Truth. An American Abomination?
In 2004, I was an independent candidate for the Georgia State Senate District 51. Of course as a candidate it is not uncommon for people, parties and organizations to take a "shot" at you so to speak. I have always tried to ignore such things. Most of these are pretty mild stuff and just differences of opinion, which I consider healthy for our country. But one of these was different ... Much to my surprise I received a copy of a letter to the editor of Creative Loafing from the Southern Poverty Law Center stating as a fact, that I was the head of a White Supremist organization in Florida! Needless to say I had to read the article several times. Not only am I not the head of such an organization, but I obviously live in Georgia if I am a registered candidate for the Georgia State Senate. After the campaign ended (unsuccessfully for me) I went back and started looking at this obviously ridiculous letter to the editor and the organization from which it originated. The Southern Proverty Law Center is a very active organization in fundraising, and I was some what mystified as to how an independent candidate, trying to get on the ballot by gathering petition signatures in 7 Georgia counties even showed up on their radar screen? This website is dedicated to presenting what I have learned to the public, to tax payers whose money is being wasted and to those who are considering supporting the SPLC. What I have found, is An American Abomination in my opinion. The contents of this website are the personal opinions of: Mike Crane 725 Ridgeview Road Morganton, Georgia 30560
Unlike the unprofessional and biased work of the SPLC and other organizations controlled by Morris Dees, I have put my name here for public view. Special note for Morris Dees and company: Georgia is a State and while physically close to Florida is not the same. In 2004 this simple fact was above the mental capacity of SPLC investigators. If you, the reader of this website, can understand the simple fact that Georgia is a State, then you are more qualified to assist law enforcement agencies than the SPLC! Beware of what your tax dollars are spent on!
